Questions, answered
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Own Your Ratings only ever asks for a review. It never filters customers by how the job went, never offers anything in exchange for a review, and never gates who gets asked. Every customer gets the same link. That's exactly what Google's own review policies require.
Do you send texts for me?
No. Own Your Ratings writes the message and opens your own phone's Messages or Mail app with it filled in. You're the one who clicks Send. Nothing goes out from a server, and nothing goes out from a number your customer doesn't recognize.
Does it work with Yelp?
No, Google only. Yelp's own policies prohibit asking customers for reviews, so Own Your Ratings doesn't send Yelp requests and never will.
What happens after the trial?
Your first 5 requests include every Pro feature, free. After that, the Free plan gives you 3 requests a month. The trial ends on its own, with no charge unless you choose Pro ($7.99/mo or $79.90/yr). The Free plan has no click tracking and no QR code.
Can I cancel?

Does someone else see my customers' information?
No. The names, emails, and phone numbers you enter are yours, used only to prepare your review requests. Nobody's name from your business appears in the message itself.
What if a customer doesn't respond?
